Get out into the woods for a few weeks, take minimal equipment, turn your phone off and just let go. Learn survival skills, build a shelter, catch some fish/small game. You'll find out what you're really made of, the lows will be more than you've ever felt but so will the highs, you'll feel a huge sense of achievement, autonomy and fulfillment.
